FINE ART

As an artist in various media, Teresa’s canvas paintings range in style from bold and provocative to serene and contemplative.  Teresa studied Fine Art at Vancouver City College and started painting in oil on canvas in 1999.  Images from nature inspire her work.  Botanical themes blend with landscapes and impressionistic images.

Commissioned pieces incorporate images and symbols and specifically reflect the essence and aspirations of her clients. Placement of the pieces is specific and deliberate in nature.

Teresa’s most recent works consist of oil on canvas, utilizing broad brush, knife and mixed tool application.

Teresa offers her work to charitable and non-profit organizations including schools, shelters and international foundations and charities. Her mural work can be seen throughout the Vancouver area on church walls, school walls and most recently in a shelter for women in Downtown East Side Vancouver.
